I CLICK ON THESE AND CHOOSE TO SAVE THE FILES BUT I CAN NOT LOCATE ANY OF THEM ON MY PHONE.  THIS STARTED 2 DAYS AGO WITH OTHER FILES SO ITS A PHONE ISSUE REALLY?

Hi Chandra. I tried to recreate the experience on a test iOS device version 13.4.1 and was able to save to download one of the files. So I would agree with your statement above that it may be a phone issue and not specific to the documentation download capabilities of the developer community. Apologies you are having issues. Can we help you with anything else?
